La République du Centre

Conférence Qumrân Michael Langlois Orléans 5 février 2012

Due to the success of the “Bible Facing Archaeology” conference in Orleans, a new conference is in order. The large hall will welcome both those who could not come in the first time, and those who want to continue the adventure!

Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 6 PM

at Joan of Arc Church (Bd Riobé, Orleans)

I will speak about the most important archaeological discovery of the 20th century: Qumran. What do these mysterious scrolls contain? Who wrote them? Why weren’t they immediately available to the public? What do they reveal on the birth of the Bible and Christianity?

A good amount of time will be left for questions in the audience.

Ce verset intrigue. Il fascine. Que sont ces choses « cachées », dont seul Dieu semble avoir connaissance ? Sont-elles cachées à tous et à jamais ? N’y a-t-il pas moyen d’en recevoir la révélation ?
