Esther Esher et moi-même sommes fiers de vous annoncer la parution de notre dernier ouvrage, “Le scribe dans le monde de la Bible” !

Ce livre offre un regard neuf sur le statut du scribe dans la société, sa formation, ses pratiques, et son travail dans le monde de la Bible. Quel était le rôle du scribe dans ces sociétés ? Combien d’écritures et de langues maîtrisaient-ils ? Les scribes étaient-ils des rédacteurs ou de simples copistes ? Quelle a été leur influence sur la rédaction de la Bible ? Telles sont les questions qui ont été abordées durant un colloque international à l’université de Strasbourg du 17 au 19 juin 2019.

Outre l’organisation du colloque et l’édition du volume, j’ai également écrit un chapitre sur “Les théonymes en paléo-hébreu et d’autres écritures parmi les manuscrits de la mer Morte”.
