J’ai été invité par l’institut Cuyamungue à donner une conférence sur les nouvelles technologies au service du déchiffrement d’anciennes écritures.

Cette conférence fait partie de la série “Conversation4Exploration” proposée par cet institut.

Voici le texte de l’invitation :

“We are eager to learn how you do what you do, what technology helps render the scripts more visible, the ‘grammatical’ rules of early cultures, and your insights into how writing arose, and what you’ve learned of these cultures, their daily life and cosmology from such intimate knowledge of their writings, both sacred and mundane — and how this has shaped your own views. Also we want to hear about your musical career, and what led you to this work.”
